Summer synergy is hosting the Alberta Junior Shorthorn Show again this year.  The web site set up now and they are taking entries.  Entries close on June 1.  The marketing class requires advance work, so check out the site and do a little planning.  Go to www.summersynergy.ca and check out the information.

Spring sales are very promising.  The Battle River Sale averaged $3130.  The Show Case Sale averaged $4063.  Congratulations everyone.

The Bar U Ranch Shorthorn cows are in need of a bull.  We are looking for someone to donate the use of a polled, roan Shorthorn bull of good quality to use at the Bar U Ranch this summer.  If you wish to help us out, please contact Gene Foat at 403-337-2192.  Thank you.
