A bouquet of roses is a Valentine’s Day staple, but in Portland, Ore., bouquets of salami are popping up in a distinctly musical fashion.
The Singing Salamigram, from charcuterie purveyor Olympic Provisions, features a 5-stemmed bouquet of salami.
A $75 package includes a bouquet, delivery anywhere in Portland between Feb. 11 and 14 and a performance of an original song by local country group The Tumblers.
The bouquet is also available for pickup for $50. Olympic Provisions is both a restaurant and a USDA- certified meat curing facility.
